Phones are rarely answered. Almost impossible to get an appointment. Called and asked for emergency appointment and was told to just go to A&E!

The management at this surgery is non-existent. I have been a patient here for 30 odd years, and in that time nothing has changed (apart from they have 3 times as many patients registered), there seems to be no organisation , or concession given over to technology, which could make management of this office more efficient. You are interrogated to get an appointment, treated with disdain by staff, and ignored by largely non performing doctors, and generally made to feel like a criminal for having the audacity to be ill and use up everybody's valuable time. No one answers the 'phone, reception seems a shambles, no one ever seems to know whats going on, or who's doing what and when - everybody seems to be busy doing, well nothing.

The online system has helped make appointments. The dispensiary is very good. The phone system is poor. It tells you to select option 7 to speak to the medical secretaries, but in fact you can't speak to them - you have to speak to reception, and this option has not been corrected for months. It is then difficult to get through to the receptionists.

They need to re think their way of dealing with appointments to generally wait over 4 weeks for a routine appointment is ludacris, having seen other doctors at the surgery and havent been very helpful in explaining what the condition i had/have, albeit a minor condition in the grand scheme of things. However i felt that what i was prescribed wasnt explained to me what effect the medication would have on me, Dr Mayet was very helpful and helped me enormously.
